AVAILABLE MONDAY - THURSDAY, 10AM - 5PM
The key word in personal training is PERSONAL, all exercises and workout plans should be client defined. This simply means that each workout you do should be designed and put in to the program based off of what your body HAS, OWNS, and can TOLERATE all with your goals in mind. We want to make sure the program doesn’t exceed these criteria otherwise it is no longer a personalized program.
