Xavier is deeply immersed in the fitness and combat sports world. His journey began with wrestling in high school, where he excelled as a team captain and achieved 8th place at the State level in Washington.

In college, he continued to pursue wrestling at Grand Canyon University and Grays Harbor College, culminating in his participation in the NCWA National Tournament in Florida.

Xavier's passion for developing young athletes led him to establish a K-6th grade wrestling program during his senior year of high school. He continued to coach high school and junior high wrestling teams from 2012 to 2019, shaping the future of aspiring wrestlers.

In 2015, Xavier's fitness journey expanded as he explored courses like Muscle System Specialist (CMSS) and Resistance Training Specialist (RTS). These courses ignited his passion for improving muscular systems and physical function, driving him to assist people in achieving their best, regardless of their goals.

Additionally, Xavier holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that he earned under Professor Joshua Bacallao at Gracie Barra Kirkland, and contributes to the fighting community as a wrestling coach at 'Kaiju Kickboxing' gym. He also pursues training in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), demonstrating his commitment to helping individuals excel in their chosen paths.
