This thorough evaluation provides a comprehensive understanding of how your bodys functioning through meticulous examinations, including range of motion tests, joint position assessments, postural examinations, and a detailed exploration of your health history. These sessions serve as a personalized blueprint for your journey with Victory Performance Training, enabling us to tailor strength or treatment programs specifically to your unique needs and objectives

During these assessments, we will dive into the intricacies of your body mechanics, identifying areas of strength, potential imbalances, and any limitations. This detailed insight serves as the foundation for creating individualized programs that prioritize your well-being and align with your desired outcomes.

Our 1.5-hour full-body assessment is an integral component of our process, mandatory for all new clients and advised quarterly for existing clients. By regularly revisiting this assessment process, we ensure that your programs evolve in tandem with your changing needs, providing an ongoing, tailored approach to enhance your overall health and fitness journey.
